KEY FEATURES
- Unique pelican spout: pour thin and slow for delicate pour over, or faster for a fuller body. One pot, full control.
- Enamel (ho-ro) construction: a glass coating fused onto steel. It's smooth, doesn't absorb odours or flavours, and keeps water tasting clean.
- Heats directly on the stove: boil and pour from the same pot. No separate kettle needed.
- Generous 1L capacity: enough water for brewing 1-4 cups plus rinsing your filter and preheating your server.
- Stable 95 mm base for steady pouring.
- Timeless, colourful Japanese design that brightens any kitchen or coffee bar.
- Made in Japan by Kalita, a coffee brand since 1958.

HOW TO USE
1. Fill to 70-80% (about 700-800 ml) to prevent boiling over.
2. Heat on medium. Avoid high heat: the base of the spout can get very hot and water may splash out.
3. Once boiled, rest for 30-60 seconds to bring the water to about 90-96°C for pour over.
4. Pour gently. Tilt slightly for a thin stream, or tilt further for a stronger flow.
CARE AND SAFETY
- The handle gets hot on the stove. Always use a cloth or oven mitt.
- On a gas stove, if the pot feels unstable, place it on a wire trivet.
- Do not heat empty. This can damage the enamel.
- Wash with mild soap and a soft sponge. Avoid metal scourers and abrasive cleaners.
- Avoid knocks and drops. Chipped enamel can rust. Dry thoroughly after use.
- Do not plunge a hot pot into cold water.
FAQ

Q: Can I use it on induction?
A: [Answer based on your box]
Q: How much coffee can I brew?
A: With 700-800 ml of water, you can brew 1-4 cups with water left over for rinsing.
