HOW TO USE

1. Fold along the bottom seam, then along the side seam in the opposite direction. This helps the filter sit flat against the dripper.

2. Open it up, place it in the dripper and rinse with hot water to remove paper taste and preheat. Discard the water. Rinse brown filters especially well.

3. Add medium-fine ground coffee: about 13 g for the 101 or 22 g for the 102.

4. Bloom with about twice the coffee weight in water at 90-96°C for 30 seconds.

5. Pour slowly in small circles, in stages, to about 200 ml (101) or 350 ml (102). Let it drain and enjoy!

STORAGE TIPS

- Keep in a dry place away from strong smells (spices, coffee beans, cleaning products), as paper absorbs odours.

- Keep the pack sealed to keep the filters clean and flat.

FAQ

Q: White or brown?

A: White gives the cleanest taste. Brown is unbleached and more natural; just rinse it well first.

Q: Will 102 filters fit a 101 dripper?

A: Not well. They're too big. Choose the size that matches your dripper.

Q: Do these fit other brands' wedge drippers?

A: Yes, if the dripper takes 101 or 102 size fan-shaped filters.
