Kalita
KALITA COFFEE DRIPPER PLASTIC 101 / 102 / 103 | 3-Hole Pour Over Brewer | 1–7 Cups | Japan
Brew café-quality pour over coffee at home with Kalita's classic Japanese wedge dripper, loved by baristas and home brewers worldwide. Choose the size that suits you, from a single cup to a big batch for the whole family.
📐 CHOOSE YOUR SIZE
- 101: 1–2 cups. Compact, for a daily single cup, office desk or travel.
- 102: 2–4 cups. Most popular. One big mug or coffee for two to four.
- 103: 4–7 cups. Large batch for families, gatherings, offices and cafés.
✨ WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT
• Iconic 3-hole design: three small holes control the flow for an even, balanced extraction. Forgiving for beginners, consistent for pros.
• Ribbed inner wall: stops the filter sticking to the walls and lets air escape for a smooth, clean brew.
• Wedge (fan-shaped) design: a deeper coffee bed gives a sweet, full-bodied cup with good clarity.
• Simple: no electricity, just hot water, coffee and a few minutes.
• Sits directly on mugs, servers and decanters. Easy to clean.

HOW TO BREW
1. Fold the filter seam, place it in the dripper and rinse with hot water to preheat and remove paper taste. Discard the water.
2. Add medium-fine ground coffee (like table salt) and shake to level.
3. Bloom: pour about twice the coffee weight in water at 90–96°C and wait 30–40 seconds.
4. Pour slowly in small circles, in stages, to your target amount.
5. Let it drain, remove the dripper and enjoy!
Starting recipes (ratio about 1:15):
- 101: 13 g coffee : 200 ml water (2.5–3 min)
- 102: 22 g coffee : 350 ml water (3–3.5 min)
- 103: 38 g coffee : 600 ml water (4–5 min)
Too bitter? Grind coarser. Too sour or weak? Grind finer.
CARE
- Rinse with warm water after use. Mild soap is fine; avoid abrasive scrubbers.
- Dry completely before storing. Ceramic versions are fragile.
