HOW TO BREW (2 cups)

1. Place the Wave filter in the dripper and rinse with hot water to preheat. Discard the water.

2. Add 22-25 g of medium ground coffee and level the bed.

3. Bloom with about 50 ml of water at 90-96°C for 30-40 seconds.

4. Pour slowly in the centre, in stages, to about 350 ml.

5. Move the dripper to the tray, swirl the server and serve.

CARE

- Glass dripper and server: hand wash only (not dishwasher safe).

- Microwave: server only. Never microwave the dripper or wooden parts.

- Wood: wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not soak or wash in the dishwasher. Keep away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight. Re-oil occasionally with food-safe oil to keep it looking its best.

- Avoid sudden temperature changes on the glass.
