HOW TO USE

1. Place the filter in your Wave 155 dripper. Don't press it flat; keep the wave shape.

2. Rinse with hot water to remove paper taste and preheat. Discard the water.

3. Add 15 g of medium ground coffee and level the bed.

4. Bloom with about twice the coffee weight in water at 90-96°C for 30-40 seconds.

5. Pour slowly in the centre, in stages, up to about 240 ml. Let it drain and enjoy!

STORAGE TIPS

- Keep in a dry place away from strong smells (spices, coffee beans, cleaning products), as paper absorbs odours.

- Keep the filters in the bag so they hold their wave shape.

FAQ

Q: Will these fit my Kalita 185 dripper?

A: No. Wave filters are sized exactly. Please choose the Wave 185 filters for a 185 dripper.

Q: Do I need to rinse the filter?

A: Recommended. Rinsing removes any paper taste and preheats the dripper.

Q: 50 or 100 sheets?

A: The 100-sheet pack is better value if you brew every day.
