HOW TO USE

1. Fill below full capacity (about 700-800 ml is ideal) to prevent boiling over.

2. Heat on low to medium. On gas, keep the flame within the base so it doesn't reach the handle.

3. Once boiled, rest for 30-60 seconds to bring the water to about 90-96°C for pour over.

4. Hold the kettle low over the dripper and pour in slow, even circles.

INDUCTION NOTE

Compatible with standard 100V-type household induction cooktops. Not suitable for high-power 200V induction ranges. If unsure about your cooktop, chat with us first.

CARE AND SAFETY

- The handle and lid can get hot. Use a cloth when handling.

- Do not heat empty.

- Wash with mild soap and a soft sponge. Avoid steel wool and abrasive cleaners.

- Dry thoroughly after use to keep the steel shiny and prevent water spots.

- To remove white mineral spots, boil a little water with lemon juice or citric acid, then rinse.

FAQ

Q: Does it have a thermometer?

A: No. Rest boiled water for 30-60 seconds to reach the ideal 90-96°C, or use a separate thermometer.

Q: How much water should I fill?

A: About 700-800 ml. Don't fill to the brim to avoid boiling over.
