Suitable for use on gas, electric, and glass ceramic hobs, the Moka Express can also be used on induction hobs with the Bialetti induction plate (sold separately).

How to Prepare Your Perfect Italian Coffee:

    1.    Fill the Boiler: Pour room-temperature water into the boiler, filling it up to the level of the safety valve. Avoid overfilling to maintain the perfect coffee balance.

    2.    Add Ground Coffee: Use your preferred blend of Moka pot ground coffee (not too fine). Generously fill the Moka funnel without pressing the coffee.

    3.    Brew Slowly: Set your heat to low and allow the coffee to rise slowly. Take your time for an excellent brew.

    4.    Savor the Flavor: Once the coffee has fully risen into the collector, turn off the heat. For the best flavor, serve immediately and enjoy the aromatic richness of your Mediterranean-inspired coffee.
